Shara Boruta - Administrative Assistant

Shara has been with Boulder Valley Plastic Surgery since 2006. Shara is most likely the first person you will meet when you enquire about our office. She will schedule a consultation for you as well as answer any question that you may have about any procedure. When coming to our office Shara will greet you at the front desk, will check you in, and schedule any follow up appointments. Shara has a strong ability to multi task since she not only handles administrative responsibilities but participates in the care of our patients. She strives to begin your positive experience, when you first walk through our doors.
Shannon Loucks - Surgical Assistant/ Billing

Shannon has been a part of Dr. Swail’s team since May 2006. She will most likely be working with you at your consultation; she is one of our leading patient care coordinators. Shannon will help to schedule your surgery and will help answer any pre operative or post operative questions that you might have. You might also see Shannon in your surgery, as she assists Dr. Swail in surgery performed here at Boulder Valley Plastic Surgery. Shannon will also help you during your recovery and any post-op appointments. She will always be happy to answer any questions or concerns that you have about surgery. Shannon is the person you will want to ask if you have any cosmetic or insurance billing questions. If you need to work out a payment plan using any of our finance options she will be able to set you up and walk you through the process. Shannon also lends herself to customer service support and company event marketing/planning. She prides herself on being knowledgeable and helpful in many areas of the business with no detail over looked.
Kelsey Higgins - Surgical Assistant/ Purchasing Manager

Kelsey has been with Boulder Valley Plastic Surgery since 2008. She is one of our leading patient care coordinators that may be working with you at your consultation. Kelsey is available to help schedule your surgery and will help answer any pre operative or post operative questions that you might have. In addition, Kelsey assists Dr. Swail in surgery performed here at Boulder Valley Plastic Surgery. Kelsey will be there to care for your needs before, during and after your surgery. Kelsey is the person to go to for any implant related question or concerns. She is very proficient in all of the latest plastic surgery innovations. Kelsey is also in charge of any purchasing for the office, which includes all medical and surgical supplies. She is compassionate in nature and thrives on helping people feel welcome and comfortable.
Allyson Gullette - Office manager/ Insurance Specialist

Allyson has been with Dr. Swail’s practice since 2007. She combines her knowledge of people with her past managerial experience to effectively coordinate all employee and business operations. In addition to her Office Manager responsibilities, Allyson helps to schedule surgeries and prepares patients for their upcoming procedure. If you are having a procedure that requires prior authorization to be covered by medical insurance, Allyson is the one to talk to. She is experienced in insurance coverage and can answer any insurance related questions or concerns that you might have. Allyson also helps to assist Dr. Swail in surgery performed here at Boulder Valley Plastic Surgery. She also works closely to manage before and after care of our patients. Allyson’s goal is to help each patient feel as comfortable as possible when they walk through the door, and she always succeeds with her extensive knowledge and hospitable demeanor.
Connie VeLarde - Paramedical Aesthetician/ Certified Laser Operator

Connie has been an aesthetician since 1996 and has been a part of Boulder Valley Plastic Surgery for 7 years. She specializes in medical grade skin care treatments and procedures, and excels in correcting problem skin. She will be your beauty partner, educating you while catering to your specific needs, to help you reach your skin care goals. Connie works to reverse the typical signs of aging with the latest and most effective trends, products and procedures in the industry by furthering her education on a continuing basis. She is experienced in electrolysis, thermo cauterization, laser procedures, chemical peels and is always up to date on the latest skin care products. Connie truly enjoys working directly with patients and has a strong passion to provide a lasting result for all of her patients.
Yolanda Hinton, R.N. – Botox/ Facial Filler/Laser/Sclerotherapy

Yolanda is a Registered Nurse that has been with Boulder Valley Plastic Surgery since 1993. She has been administering botox ever since it has been available on the market. Yolanda has extensive knowledge in botox and facial fillers due to consistently updating her education and training. Yolanda typically performs injectable procedures, such as Botox, facial fillers and sclerotherapy (spider vein injection). In addition she also provides laser skin care treatments. Yolanda not only treats her patients with professionalism, but establishes an ongoing, trustworthy friendship. Her focus has always been the wellbeing and satisfaction of her patients.
